Course Revalidation
Revalidation is UND's procedure for re-approval of an Essential Studies course.
Every four years, each course within the ES program must be revalidated in order to ensure it remains appropriate as an ES course. The following is the revalidation schedule for each department with current ES courses:

Direct assessment data in relation to the ES goals will be required as part of revalidation. A description of the ES goals are provided below:
How to Submit:
Please submit one copy of the revalidation form with original signatures and attachments to: Essential Studies Secretary c/o Registrar’s Office, Stop 8382 (Questions about procedure? Contact either ESC Secretary: sharon.bruggeman@und.edu or the Essential Studies Office: essential.studies@und.edu).
Revalidation paperwork is due each year on January 31st.
