Your payment MUST be included with your registration form.  You will receive a confirmation email after your registration has been processed with payment.

PLEASE NOTE - Important Information

A self-reporting CEU form is no longer acceptable due to NASBA Approval Guidelines. You will be required to sign in on an attendance record periodically throughout the Institute sessions, regardless of the type of CEU credit you are obtaining. Failure to sign in will result in loss of CEU credit for that portion of the Institute.

You will be also be required to select which type of Continuing Education credits you are seeking when you register. If you are seeking Insurance Continuing Education, you must know your National Producer Number at the time of registration. If you are seeking IRS CE Credits, you must know your PTIN number at the time of registration.

Webinar Information/Connection Emails

After registering for the webinar, you will receive confirmation of your registration. Any handouts and/or workbook available at the Institute will be mailed to you on November 9 so you have access to view all participant materials. An additional email with instructions on how to access the webinar, along with a specific login and password information, will be sent to you via the schedule listed below.

If you have registered for the webinar and have not received any connection information by Nov 16 - please contact our office.

Each webinar participant MUST register for the Institute - multiple participants may not 'share' one login/password.  ONLY the individual tied to the login/password information will receive credit for the Institute.  There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Participant Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations can be made by clicking on and completing this withdrawal form (you will need your confirmation email receipt number to complete the process).

If the cancellation notice is received by November 10, you will be refunded your registration fee minus a $35 processing fee.

No refunds will be given AFTER November 10. Substitutions can be accommodated by contacting UND Conference Services.
