$35 Non-Refundable Admission Fee
If you have not been previously admitted to UND, you will be assessed a 1-time, non-refundable admission fee of $35 (U.S. funds).
Tuition & Assistance Programs
Tuition for online courses is charged at the North Dakota resident tuition rate per credit, regardless of the total credits in which you are enrolled or your actual residency status.
This means that you will receive the same rate of tuition as a North Dakota student for this online, semester-based course no matter where you live!
2017 - 2018 Academic Year
ND Resident Rate
Tuition is due at the time of enrollment. Tuition and fees are subject to change without notice.
Open-enrollment, independent study courses that do not follow the semester schedule do not qualify for federal or state financial aid.
If you are enrolled in a combination of semester-based courses and open-enrollment, independent study courses, only your semester-based course enrollment will be considered for federal or state financial aid programs.
Military & Veterans Tuition Assistance
Employer-Provided Tuition Assistance
UND accepts company payments for employer-provided tuition assistance programs. Contact your human resource department to find out how you can qualify for tuition assistance.
If you are enrolled in a UND degree program through online courses, and have successfully completed two consecutive semesters of coursework, you may apply for the Ben & Ruth Gustafson Continuing Education Endowment provided by UND Online & Distance Education for non-traditional, distance students.
For additional scholarship opportunities, be sure to submit a general UND scholarship application at UND.edu/scholarship-central. The general application will match you with any eligible UND scholarships.
