You can earn your master's degree from UND while you continue to work. Although time away from work and home will be expected, many professionals have successfully completed the Master's in Educational Leadership while maintaining their careers and families.
Courses are offered through a combination of face-to-face meetings held in Bismarck, North Dakota, and online coursework.
Your transcript and diploma will look the same as for a student who graduated from UND by taking traditional, on-campus courses.
You will be required to participate in a 1-semester, supervised practicum to experience the role of an elementary, middle or secondary school principal. You will work at a school within your area.
