Outstanding Faculty Awards

Each year at the UND Founders Day Banquet, individual faculty and departments are honored for their outstanding teaching, research, advising and service. Research awards are coordinated by the office of Research Development and Compliance. The remaining awards are funded by the Alumni Foundation. The Outstanding Faculty Awards Committee (OFAC), appointed by the Provost and coordinated by the Office of Instructional Development, oversee the following awards.

In January, nominations are reviewed and final selections made by the Outstanding Faculty Awards Committee. The committee includes both students and faculty representatives from each of UND's eight schools and colleges.
