Please note that only one school can have access to your SEVIS record at any one time.  Once you have been formally admitted to a different university, you should contact the international student advisor there to obtain their transfer form.  You will need both the letter of admission and the transfer form when you meet with your international student advisor at UND.  Your advisor will then update your SEVIS record with a "release date" (most likely the end of your current semester). Only once that release date has passed will your new school be able to access your SEVIS record and issue you a new I-20 form. If you are leaving the U.S. during a vacation period, you must make sure that you use your new I-20 when you re-enter the U.S. after your trip.
