The abilities and knowledge to be proficient in a specific type of work or activity. It includes competencies in a specialized area and the technical skills play an essential role in producing the actual product/ service an organization is designed to produce or provide.
The abilities and knowledge about how to work with people. These are the abilities to help a person work effectively with subordinates, peers, and superiors to accomplish the organization's goals. Human skills allow individuals to be aware of one's own perspective on issues and at the same time, being aware of the perspective of others. In short, human skills are the capacity to get along with others as you go about your work.
The abilities needed to work with ideas and concepts. These skills are central to creating a vision and strategic plan for an organization. Conceptual skills allow individuals to do the mental work of shaping the meaning of organizational or policy issues, clearly defining what the organization stands for, and envisioning its future.
