CampusConnection Access Request Information

Each employee requesting access to Campus Connection must:

• Complete the Data Privacy FERPA Training at: https://apps.ndus.edu/dptraining
• Next, the department chair needs to submit two forms to the Registrar's Office:
  1. ConnectND Access Request
     The Access Request excel file needs to be submitted electronically to: und.reginfo@email.und.edu and must come from the chair's email account. Instructions and a list of roles for the form are below if you want to refer to them.

  2. UND FERPA Statement of Understanding
     The Statement of Understanding PDF form needs to be printed and signed by both the employee and the department chair after the FERPA training has been completed.

NOTE: The access request cannot be processed until the online FERPA training has been completed and both forms have been received by the Office of the Registrar.
