Live better, learn better in campus housing
Did you know that UND Housing offers four Living & Learning Communities in the residence halls? These are great opportunities for incoming students to live with other first-year students who share an academic area or personal interests.
Your student will have the chance to focus on academic achievement in a productive and supportive setting as well as combine the scholarly and social aspects of student life. Activities include tutoring, advising, and lunch/dinner with various department faculty and staff.
Living & Learning Communities
UND's Living & Learning Communities are available in these areas:
- Aviation (Noren Hall)
- Engineering (McVey Hall)
- Wellness (Brannon Hall)
- Honors (Johnstone/Fulton Hall)
If your student is interested in a Living & Learning Community, he/she should request the residence hall listed above as his/her number one hall choice and mark that community on the residence hall application. Even if your student has already applied for housing, he/she may call the Housing Office to change the chosen hall preference on the application and request a Living & Learning Community.
Visit housing.UND.edu to learn more about each residence hall, watch 360-video tours, and find the link to the residence hall application.
Please contact Housing if you have any questions by calling 1.800.CALL.UND (ask for the Housing Office) or by emailing housing@UND.edu.
