Living on Campus: It's the Way to Go
With the new year upon us, it's a good time to start thinking about living on campus. This is an important conversation to have with your son or daughter, since we know the significant role you play in his/her decision making.
Benefits of Living on Campus
Living on the UND campus offers convenience and easy access to resources that help make students academically successful. UND research shows that students who live on campus:
- have higher GPAs
- take on less loan debt
Living on campus offers great locations close to classes, a variety of dining options, plus programs and events to get new students involved and meeting new people.
Living & Learning Communities
UND's Living & Learning Communities in Aviation, Engineering & Mines, Wellness, and Honors provide your son or daughter unique opportunities to live with other students who share academic or personal areas of interest. Students find that it's easier to be academically successful when they live with others who attend the same classes and participate in the same activities.
