2018-19 Scholarship App Open: 800+ Scholarships in One Place
The 2018-19 Scholarship Central application is now open. Scholarship Central, UND's online scholarship database, is home to more than 800 scholarship opportunities.
Applying for UND scholarships is a simple, one application process. Students just fill out a quick and easy Scholarship Central application, and based on profile information, their applications will automatically be submitted to the appropriate scholarship committee(s) for consideration. Students must be admitted to UND and have claimed their accounts before they're able to complete the application.
The scholarship committees will then determine which students will be awarded scholarships based on their applications. Typically most scholarships are awarded to current students for certain majors or activities, but all incoming students are encouraged to apply.
It doesn't get easier than Scholarship Central! Make sure your students know to apply for 2018-19 scholarships before the February 1 deadline.
Cultural Diversity Tuition Waiver
Besides scholarships for majors or activities, Scholarship Central also features a Cultural Diversity Tuition Waiver meant to promote the enrollment of a culturally diverse student body. If your students are eligible for this waiver, we strongly encourage them to submit their Scholarship Central applications as soon as possible. These waivers are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and priority is given on the date and time stamp of the application.
Besides any scholarships students are awarded from Scholarship Central, our automatic freshman scholarships are still awarded to students who qualify without filling out an extra application. To be considered for these automatic scholarships, students must meet the criteria and apply to UND by the February 1 priority deadline.
