The Grand Forks Fire Department and UND Safety office will conduct training at Abbott Hall Nov. 19, between 1 and 5 p.m. This is a cooperative effort to train with new equipment and identify hazardous chemicals that they may be working with during an incident. This class will take you through a boot camp style routine that will work you out head to toe using calisthenics, strength training, cardio endurance and more. Join us for this 45 minute session to get an all-inclusive workout in a short amount of time! Class is held on Mondays at 4 p.m.

Level III
Kickboxing with an edge! This cardio interval based workout combines kickboxing, athletic drills and simple dance grooves, into a high energy routine set to the hottest dance music. Turbo Kick requires no equipment or previous experience. The killer music and great choreography make this class adaptable to any fitness level!
