As part of the Distinguished Jurist-in-Residence program The Hon. Wade Webb will hold a live hearing at 3:15 p.m in the Baker Courtroom on the thrid floor of the UND School of Law. The live hearing is the State of North Dakota v. Joseph William Morken, 09-2012-CR-04528. A question and answer session with the attorneys and judge will follow the hearing. This is a unique opportunity to see a live court case is session.

A cycling class for the "hardcore." If you love indoor cycling but always wished you could get a core workout as well, this class is for you. Participants can expect moderate to vigorous intensity levels at each class. We start with 60 minutes of cycling and end with 15 minutes of core training. This Vinyasa style yoga class stretches, strengthens, and tones the entire body. Vinyasa means "to flow with breath" and each pose flows into the next to balance and focus the mind and create energy. Basic yoga poses and sun salutations are combined to provide a well-rounded yoga class. Any member can attend; prior experience is not necessary. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8:45 p.m.
