The original project was started in Massachusetts in 1990 as a vehicle to bring awareness of the effects of interpersonal violence. It is a visual display of t-shirts that have been decorated and color coded to represent the many forms of violence. ReBootCamp: Level III
This class will take you through a boot camp style routine that will work you out head to toe using calisthenics, strength training, cardio endurance and more. Join us for this 45 minute session to get an all-inclusive workout in a short amount of time! Class is held on Mondays at 4 p.m.

Turbo Kick
Level III
Kickboxing with an edge! This cardio interval based workout combines kickboxing, athletic drills and simple dance grooves, into a high energy routine set to the hottest dance music. Turbo Kick requires no equipment or previous experience. The killer music and great choreography make this class adaptable to any fitness level! This Vinyasa style yoga class stretches, strengthens, and tones the entire body. Vinyasa means "to flow with breath" and each pose flows into the next to balance and focus the mind and create energy.
