Students at UND are building North Dakota's first space satellite. The small spacecraft is only 1000cc in volume but will be packed with innovative technologies developed at UND. Kickboxing with an edge! This cardio interval based workout combines kickboxing, athletic drills and simple dance grooves, into a high energy routine set to the hottest dance music.
