This Yoga Sculpt class combines yoga-inspired movements and advanced resistance exercises using weights to help tone your body as you stretch. This hour-long session builds strength, stamina, and flexibility while working toward total body/mind harmony. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 p.m.
