Born in Valley City in 1972, Todd Hebert spent his early years in McHenry, North Dakota. His father, a high school teacher, moved the family to Dickinson in 1980 to accept the job at Dickinson High School coaching basketball and teaching social studies.

The 11th Annual Lions Christmas in the Park will open Nov. 23rd running from 5:30 to 10 p.m. through Dec. 30th and with extended hours - 5:30 to midnight on New Years Eve. Visitors can take a drive through scenic Lincoln Park, located off of Belmont Road and 13th Avenue South, and enjoy holiday lights displays created by local business and organizations.
