Snow, ice, cold… only in North Dakota does that equal the perfect race day.
The Extreme North Dakota Iceman Triathlon returns to the Grand Forks Greenway for its third year Feb. 25.

Registration is now open online for racers at all experience levels. Racers can register as individuals or teams of three at www.endracing.com.

The course includes short sections of more challenging terrain that includes ungroomed cross country skiing, hill climbs, and more.  Racers finish the race by jumping on a sled and sliding across the finish line. They are also encouraged to bring fans to cheer them on or race in costume.  All participants are eligible for prizes.
