Boxing
Leave your leg warmers at home, because this class isn't your sister's aerobics class! This is a beginner level Boxing class, which will perfect your technique and help you get the basics down before moving onto the advanced class. You will sweat and scream until you want more. Now do you think this class is for sissies?
Sign up for 6 weeks of intense boxing and you will feel great about yourself because you have challenged yourself both physically and mentally. You will learn to train like a boxer from punching, to core conditioning to cardiovascular training. Think you have what it takes? Then sign up! (This is non-contact boxing.)
Registration for the 1st 6 weeks begins on August 20th and runs through September 3rd, 2012. Make sure you sign up now to reserve your spot in the class.
Meets: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm (60 min).
Cost: $70.00
