Staff will get a chance to see the public spaces and other office spaces throughout the Gorecki Alumni Center Nov. 6. Registration can be completed through the University Within the University (U2) Program at u2.UND.edu/registration or 777.4316. The tour is sponsored by Staff Senate; it will highlight the LEED Certification, which will point out the efficiency of the building (solar panels, lighting, water efficiency, etc.). A limited amount of (A) staff parking is available to the south of the building.

The Gorecki Alumni Center, located near the Chester Fritz Auditorium, has officially opened its doors with a dedication ceremony on Oct. 12. The center houses UND Admissions, along with the UND Alumni Association and Foundation, and will serve as a welcome center to new students and families on campus. There are several spaces available in the building to reserve for receptions, banquets, conferences, and more.
