This is an 8-week progressive program to learn and use light yoga and basic yoga moves along with stretching. No experience in yoga is necessary. This should help improve your flexibility while reducing your stress!
Deb Vein is the instructor and is a certified personal trainer for the UND Wellness Center. She has worked in the fitness industry for 16 years and has experience working with clients of all ages, with a special focus on older populations.
