The Big Event is a one-day community service project where UND students, faculty, and staff say "thank you" to the Greater Grand Forks Community for their support of UND by volunteering. UND affiliates who wish to volunteer may download a participation form at our website: http://www.und.edu/org/thebigevent/ and submit the form to The Big Event mailbox, located in the Student Involvement Office on the main floor of the Union no later than Friday, April 5, 2013. Organizations who wish to request assistance from The Big Event volunteers can download a job request form at our website: http://www.und.edu/org/thebigevent/ and submit it either by email or to The Big Event mailbox, located in the Student Involvement Office on the main floor of the Union.

Participants will arrive to the UND Wellness Center at 9:00AM on Saturday, April 27 to check in, eat breakfast, get a free t-shirt, pick up any supplies needed, and then head to their job site. Work at job sites is from 10:00AM to 2:00PM. Once a group has completed their project, they return supplies to the Wellness Center and head home!
