The University community is invited to participate in open forums to discuss the current status of the research strategic plan, “Aiming Over the Horizon: The Great Plains and Beyond.” Representatives from the Division of Research and Economic Development will review the five major strategic goals and provide an update on their perception of accomplishments for each goal. This time will also be used for community feedback, which is very critical to move the University from great to exceptional. The open forums are scheduled as follows:

• Thursday, March 21, 3 to 4 p.m., Memorial Union Badlands Room
• Tuesday, March 26, 3 to 4 p.m., Memorial Union Badlands Room
• Wednesday, March 27, 3 to 4 p.m., Memorial Union Badlands Room
