Change the Game: New Responses to Bad Behavior
Do you want to know how to put an end to incivility, bad behavior and rude people? This workshop will help you:
- Define incivility and the "bad behavior" we all experience
- Explore your own Emotional Intelligence in order to see if you are making it worse!
- Learn and practice a new range of effective responses in order to decrease conflict and preserve relationships
- Through live demonstrations and role plays, to get feedback on your responses and help to craft better ways of confronting and responding to "bad behavior"

Difficult Conversations and The Lost Art of Listening

Family Mediation Seminar
Participants will learn and practice skills related to navigating and mediating family and divorce conflict. They will understand and utilize Transformative Mediation theory and will work in small and large groups, in experiential activities, and perform in role-plays with coaching and feedback from the trainers. Participants will learn about the dynamics of conflict and the special considerations in the family and divorce context. Domestic Violence will be explored and tools and practice guidelines will be used to work with this delicate population.
