Moussa K. Nombre

Moussa Nombre is a program manager for the Center for Human Rights and Genocide Studies and a research assistant to the director. He received a DEA (LLM) in International Law from the University of Ouagadougou and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from St Cloud State University. Moussa is currently a doctoral student and cumulatively a teaching assistant in the Department of Criminal Justice, his doctoral research focuses on human evolutionary psychology in genocides and mass killings. Moussa's areas of interest include international human rights and humanitarian laws, international criminal law and justice, and human nure and crime.

Lilie A. Schoenack 

Lilie Schoenack is a program manager for CHRGS. She is also a student at UND School of Law. She is interested in studying international human rights law, environmental law, and public interest law. She received her B.S. in Political Science with a minor in History from North Dakota State University in 2011. Lilie served as an extern for the Federal District Court in Bismarck in the summer of 2012. In addition to her work as program manager, she is the president and founder of the American Constitution Society student chapter, a research assistant for CHRGS' director, a member of North Dakota Law Review, and the secretary of the International Human Rights Organization at UND School of Law. Meagen Essen

Meagen Essen

 

Meagen Essen is a program assistant for CHRGS. She is currently a student at UND School of Law. She received her B.A. in English with minors in Political Science and Spanish from North Dakota State University in 2010. Meagen worked as an extern for the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals during the summer of 2012. She is also a teaching assistant for lawyering skills at UND School of Law. Meagen's interests include international human rights law and public interest law.

 

Anthony Probasco

Anthony Probasco

Anthony Probasco is a program assistant for CHRGS. He is a student at the UND School of law, interested in international and humanitarian studies. He received a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Management from Embry Riddle University. Anthony also studied Criminal Justice at St. Cloud State University, which led him to a MA in International Relations from Troy State University. He is an experienced member of our Military and has worked with several Foreign Nations and international organizations throughout the world.

Robert Haider

Robert Haider

Robert Haider is a program assistant for CHRGS. He is currently a student at UND School of Law with interests in politics, government, and international relations. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Dakota in 2010. Robert was an intern in the office of the Attorney General of Florida during the summer of 2012, and has worked for a number of issue-based and electoral campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels.
