Volunteering

The UND Center for Human Rights and Genocide Studies is an academic and community organization that seeks to include members of the UND student body and greater Grand Forks community in its work. CHRGS relies entirely on volunteers to carry out its mission. Volunteers have helped set up, organize and perform all of our activities including community events, expansion of curricular offerings, archival work and public relations. We strongly encourage any students, faculty or members of the public to sign up for volunteer service with the Center for Human Rights and Genocide Studies. Your work can help us reach our goal of raising community awareness and facilitating community solidarity regarding human rights issues. If you are interested in serving as a CHRGS volunteer, please contact Lilie Schoenack at lilie.schoenack@my.und.edu. Thank you for your support!
