Deputy Chief Information Officer Profile

Rick Anderson began his duties as Deputy Chief Information Officer on September 1st, 2009. His position responsibilities include serving as the operational head of Information Technology Systems and Services (ITSS) unit and the implementation of the goals/vision that result from the University's IT strategic planning process. Rick most recently spent the past 13 years in various IT positions at South Dakota State University. He obtained his B.S. degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State and his M.S. in Information Assurance from Dakota State University. Rick looks forward to working with the University community and welcomes any questions, comments, or concerns that anyone might have.
