Speaker Phones

Three styles of audio teleconferencing speaker phones are available for short-term loan at no charge to University Departments needing to be involved in conference calls. All of the units require an analog (standard phone) line and are easy to set up. All of the units are capable of three-way conferencing. Refer to blue dialing instructions card for single line instruments for three-way conferencing feature instructions.

• Speaker Phone is recommended for small group settings up to six people
• Voice Station 100 is recommended for small groups
• SoundStation Premier Teleconferencing Unit with extention mics for larger groups in a conference room type setting

Dial 7-4111 to reserve either unit. Arrange to pick up the unit before the conference and return it promptly.
