Relay North Dakota is a 24-hour telecommunication serice used to call people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing or have a speech disability and use a text-telephone (also called a TDD/TTY). A communications assistant will answer the call, dial the requested number and relay the conversation between the hearing person and the TDD user. All calls are strictly confidential and no records are kept of conversations.
