Voice Mail Instructions
Initial Login and Default Password for all Mailboxes is 258
• If the extension you call from is the same number as the mailbox to which you wish to login:
o Dial 7-5400
o At the prompt, ENTER THE DEFAULT PASSWORD = 258
o Change your password as instructed by the system (a minimum of 4-digits)
o Then Depress (3) for Personal Greeting Options
o Depress (1) to record a greeting
o Depress (1) for Personal Greeting (1) and record followed by (#)
o Depress (2) followed by (#) to activate
o Depress (5) for Personal Options
o Depress (5) to record your name
o The system will say your name
o At the tone, record your name and then press (1) when finished
o Depress (#)
• Modular Messaging knows if you are calling from an extension that has a mailbox and attempts to log you into the mailbox for that extension.
o If you need to login to a mailbox that has a different extension from the one from which you are calling, when you hear the name of the mailbox that it defaults to, dial STAR/Pound (*#) and follow the prompts.
o If you are calling from an off-campus phone you need to dial pound (#) and follow the prompts.
