Cash Balances
This is a listing of the Cash Balances for the UND Student Organizations.
The list is:
Run weekly, usually on Monday
Opens as an Excel spreadsheet that can either be viewed, printed, or saved
Sorted alphabetically by Student Organization name
Shows the cash balance of your fund as of the date of the report
These files are password protected. The password is changed annually at the beginning of the fall semester. Please contact the Student Organization Office (777-4200) if you are experiencing problems or need the User ID and the current Password.
What do the amounts on the report mean?
A Transaction Debit on the report indicates you have a "positive" cash balance.
A Transaction Credit on the report indicates you have a "negative" cash balance.
A deposit will need to be made at Student Account Services if you are "negative".
If you have any questions/concerns, please contact either your advisor to the organization, or the Student Organization office at the Memorial Union (777-4200).
