Contacts

Campus communication regarding financial, human resources, and Campus Solutions systems will be facilitated via four departmental contacts Listservs: Asset Management Contacts, Department Heads, Finance Contacts, and HRMS users. Departmental contacts will distribute the information they receive via the Listserv to the appropriate staff within their department.

Two production teams, Finance and Campus Solutions, were created to facilitate communication and coordination between the central administrative departments responsible for the finance, human resource, and Campus Solutions systems. The Campus Solutions Team continues to meet on a routine basis. The Finance Production team disbanded in Spring 2012.
