We have established several listservs to facilitate and expedite communication throughout the campus regarding Connect‘U’ND and the PeopleSoft administrative system software modules (Campus Solutions, Finance and Human Resource Management System).
The departmental contact person is the primary communication link between the central administrative offices and the departments. Four departmental contact listservs are maintained (Asset Management Contact, Department Head Contact, Finance Contact and HRMS Contact). These listservs are utilized to relay information from the central administrative offices to the departmental contacts who are then requested to forward the information to the faculty and staff within their department.
The departmental contacts are also utilized to coordinate information gathering from their department (for example, who within the department requires security access to a particular system).
- The Asset Management Contact will coordinate in matters related to asset and major/minor inventory.
- The Finance Contact will coordinate in matters related to accounting, purchasing, financial reporting and grants.
- The HRMS Contact will coordinate in matters related to payroll and human resources.

All employees with access to the PeopleSoft Finance module are automatically subscribed to the Finance Contacts Listserv.
All employees with access to the PeopleSoft HRMS module are automatically subscribed to the HRMS-Users Listserv.
