HRMS Access

To obtain access to PeopleSoft HRMS:

Requestor completes the "Access Request for HRMS" form according to the instructions detailed in "Access Request for HRMS Instructions" and emails the completed form as an attachment to their supervisor. The supervisor forwards the form to pat.hanson@email.und.edu indicating their approval in the body of the email.

Required Training

Before access can be granted to the HRMS module, employees requesting access must complete the Data Privacy training at Employee Data Privacy Training.
