Mission
The Human Resources and Payroll Services department is a strategic partner with the University's leadership and its employees, supporting its mission with the design, development and delivery of innovative programs and services. Core services and competencies include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, employee development, compensation and benefits, HR information management and regulatory compliance.
Vision
The Office of Human Resources and Payroll Services envisions being recognized on campus and within the NDUS as an effective and efficient organization that provides practical, reliable advice and services to all employees, managers and administrators.
