The mission of the Payroll Office is to support the teaching, learning, and advancement of knowledge and community service efforts of the University by providing accurate and timely compensation for work performed insuring all benefits are correctly deducted and reported to the appropriate agency, maintaining employee's earning and payroll records, and insuring we are at all times in compliance with all UND, State, and Federal rules and regulations. The Payroll Office is also dedicated to educate, and administer the fringe benefits of the employees, dependents and retirees of the University of North Dakota, as well as monitor benefit costs.
Change to Employee Self-Service URL
Employee Self-Service will be down Friday, March 2, 5:00 pm - Monday, March 5, 8:00 am and Friday, March 9, 5:00 pm – Monday, March 12 8:00 am.
The URL or website address for HRMS Employee Self-Service will be changing on Monday, March 5, 2012. The new website address will be:
https://adminsys.ndus.edu/psp/hehp/?cmd=login&languageCd=ENG&
If you have the HRMS Employee Self-Service set up as a favorite on your computer, please make sure that you change your favorite to the address above on Monday morning.
In order to view paychecks and perform other actions in HRMS Employee Self-Service, etc, you will need to allow popups and add this new URL as a trusted site on your computer.
For Internet Explorer:
Navigate to Tools>Internet Options>Security.
Click on Trusted Sites>Sites.
Add https://adminsys.ndus.edu/ in the field "Add this web site to the zone" and click on Add.
Click Close.
Click OK.
For Firefox:
Click on the upper left Firefox link.
Click on Options>Options>Content>Exceptions (next to the Block Pop-up Windows)
Add https://adminsys.ndus.edu/ to the field "Address of web sites" and click Allow.
Click Close.
Click OK.
Central HR users: Please add the new URL to your trusted sites as soon as possible. All other users will want to add the new URL on or before March 3rd.
