Direct Deposit Form (Higher One)
Options available to submit the ACH (direct deposit) form to Higher One are:
- Complete the electronic ACH form online at UNDPrideCard.com
- Drop the direct deposit form off at Student Account Services, located in Twamley Hall, Room 204. The form will be sent to Higher One via overnight courier on a daily basis.
- Mail the ACH form directly to Higher One. The address is located on the top of the ACH form.
- Fax the ACH form to Higher One at 1-866-309-7443. This is a secure server and access is limited to only those who require access as part of the processing.
If you choose option 2 or 3, you would still need to send the original form to Higher One
