Spring 2012 Part-Term Course Refund Deadlines
Please note there are two different types of classes listed on the Part-Term Course Refund Deadlines:
Regular Academic Session: A regular session class is any class that meets the whole semester.
Non-Standard Meeting Session: A Non-Standard Meeting Session is any class that meets for part of the regular semester. The registration and refund deadlines are calculated proportionally bases on the regular session dates.
Drop a Class: Drop one or more classes, but remain enrolled in other class(es) at UND.
Withdraw from UND: Be officially withdrawn from all classes at UND through the Registrar's office.

| Thursday, December 1 | UND Bookstore Financial Aid charging begins |
| Monday, January 9 | All Spring 2012 Campus Connection charges due |
| Wednesday, January 18 | UND Bookstore Financial Aid charging ends |
| Thursday, January 19 | Last day to withdraw from all regular academic session enrollment to receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees |
| Last day to receive a refund for dropped regular academic session classes | |
| *Contact Student Account Services for non-standard meeting session classes | |
| Monday, January 23 | Financial Aid Disbursement begins |
| Wednesday, February 8 | Last day to apply for ND Resident Tuition Rate |
| Monday, February 20 | Last day to withdraw from all regular academic session enrollment to receive a 75% refund of tuition and fees |
| There are no refunds for dropped regular academic session classes at this time | |
| *Contact Student Account Services for non-standard meeting session classes | |
| Wednesday, February 29 | Last day to pay and avoid a late fee |
| Last day to enroll in UND's Monthly Payment Plan | |
| Last day to request UND bill a 3rd party for current term charges | |
| Tuesday, March 27 | Last day to withdraw from all regular academic session enrollment to receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees |
| There are no refunds for dropped regular academic session classes at this time | |

| Wednesday, March 28 | Partial Refunds for withdrawal from UND no longer available |
