Missing Student Protocol and Emergency Contact
The Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) of 2008 mandates a protocol applying to on-campus resident students who may be reported as missing for 24 hours or more. All students are encouraged to provide Emergency Contact information in the CampusConnection system so that they maybe contacted in the event a student goes missing. Additionally, Campus Apartment students and Residence Hall students may provide emergency contact information during the check-in process.
UND's Missing Student Protocol can be found on the websites of the Dean of Students Office, University Residence Halls, University Apartments, and the University Police Department.
