Timely Warnings-Crime Alerts
The Crime Alerts or Timely Warnings documented here are pursuant to the requirement of the Jeanne Clery Act. An alert is posted when the university considers a crime to pose an on-going threat to the university community. If you have any questions about alerts posted, please contact the University Police Department.

Aggravated Assault on Non-Campus Property
At approximately 6:03 a.m. on April 5, 2013, the University Police Department responded to a report of an aggravated assault that occurred in the 500 block of Princeton Street. A male student reported that he was outside of his residence when he was assaulted by a suspect known to the student. After the assault, the known suspect fled the area. The victim walked into his residence and reported the incident to another student who contacted the University Police Department.
At this time the victim is not providing any further details about the incident. If you have information relating to this or a similar incident, please call the University Police Department at (701) 777-3491.

Robbery Off Campus
At approximately 8:00 p.m. October 30, 2012, a male student was walking North on Stanford Road near the 1100 block when he was approached by three white males who struck the student. The suspects demanded his wallet. The student gave him his wallet, and the suspects took the money. After taking the money the suspects fled the area. The victim left the area and reported the robbery to the Grand Forks Police Department.
Description:
Suspect one is a white male, approximately 6' in his early 20's weighing approximately 200 pounds. His direction of escape is unknown.
Suspect two is a white male, approximately 6' 2" in his early 20's weighing approximately 300 pounds. His direction of escape is unknown.
Suspect three is a white male, approximately 6' 2" in his early 20's weighing approximately 300 pounds. His direction of escape is unknown.
