Charles D. Evans

Charles D. Evans (“Chuck”) is Associate General Counsel. While practicing in a number of areas, Mr. Evans’ main area of concentration is contracts.

Prior to coming to the Office of General Counsel, Mr. Evans was in private practice in Bismarck, North Dakota, and Grand Forks, North Dakota, with a concentration mainly in the area of criminal defense.

Mr. Evans received his Bachelor of Science in History and Zoology from North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota, and taught 7th and 8th grade social studies for nine years in Harvey, North Dakota, prior to entering law school. Mr. Evans received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law where he graduated with distinction.

Mr. Evans is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of North Dakota.
