Psychiatric Consultations
The services of consulting psychiatric staff are available to UND students through the Student Health. Since July 1, 2012, the psychiatric services are no longer being provided through the University Counseling Center and have been transferred to the Student Health (SH). To make an appointment, please contact SH directly 701-777-4500. Students who were seeing at the UCC for psychiatric services before July 1, 2012 and who are currently interested in continuing to obtain services at the Student Health, please click on updated information to read more about the transition.
The consulting psychiatric staff provides the following services:
- Psychiatric consultation
- Evaluation of psychotropic medications
- Monitoring of medications
It should be noted that the following consultation services are not provided:
- Emergency psychiatric evaluations
- Emergency prescription services
