Alcohol and other drugs is a topic that UND has taken a firm stance on. As a part of our comprehensive alcohol and other drugs program, we require all first year students to complete our Online Alcohol Education to encourage education decision making. We understand that not everyone will make the choice to consume alcohol (in fact, one in three UND students choose not to drink) but we know that all students will be faced with this choice. This tool will aid you in that choice.
The confidential, self-guided program takes about 20 minutes to complete. Parents and families of students, we encourage you to take it too! We just ask that you do not indicate that you are a student, when prompted, if you are not so that our data remains credible.
The Online Alcohol Education must be completed by September 3rd, 2012 by all first-year students. Students who do not complete the program by this date will have an academic hold placed on their account.
