Let's Hash it Out (45 minutes)
Learn about the effects of Marijuana and create some fun tie-dye clothing!
AOD Bingo (45 minutes)
AOD Bingo is an exciting game for any-sized group! Topics include: 0-1-2-3, marijuana, prescription drugs, and alcohol.
What's Your Buzz? (45 minutes)
In this interactive presentation students will use the beer goggles and Mario Kart to explore the dangers of impaired driving.
Party Smart (45 minutes)
An introduction to alcohol and college life- featuring the KNOW campaign, students will embark on a journey to learn the FACTS about alcohol, the IMPACT alcohol can have on a student's professional and academic success, and how to HELP a friend who has had a little too much to drink. Optional jeopardy game is included!
Keep Calm, Don't Dope (20-25 minutes)
Remember those picture memory games that you played when you were a kid? The Marijuana Memory Game was created to test your memory skills as well as your knowledge of Marijuana! Join the Alcohol & Other Drugs peer educators in learning about the harmful effects of Marijuana on personal and academic success.
Popping Pills. Messing with Death (15-20 minutes)
Although 97% of UND students do not abuse prescription drugs, "pill popping" has become the newest prescription for death. Peer educators will discuss the health consequences associated with the non-medical use of prescription drugs in this interactive game of Myth Busters.
CHOICES About Alcohol (60 minutes)
CHOICES About Alcohol is a harm-reduction program that encourages students to reflect on their own personal experiences with alcohol and educates on strategies for reducing their risk if they choose to drink.

Stress Less (45 minutes)
UND students have identified stress as the number 1 impediment to academic success! Learn techniques to thrive at college and manage those stressful time.
SOS: Mindlessness to Mindfulness (10-15 or 45 minutes)
A crash course to help you start thinking about mindfulness and reducing your stress levels.
Condom Bingo (45 minutes)
If you haven't tried condom bingo, you're missing out on a great time! Condom bingo is similar to bingo, but incorporates sexual health topics into the game. Topics that will be covered are: STI's, condoms, and healthy relationships. Hope you're ready to shout, CONDOM BINGO!
STI Jeopardy (45-60 minutes)
Want to learn more about sexually transmitted infections in a fun way? This program is for you! This jeopardy game is all the same, but will have questions on STI's.
Mini Fridge Makeovers (30 minutes)
Not all foods are created equal! Find out how to stock your mini-fridge with the healthy, affordable snacks!
Label It! (45 minutes)
How do you know what a "healthy" food is? Learn how to read a Nutrition Facts Label to help you make informed choices about the foods you eat.
Portion Distortion (45 minutes)
What has happened to our food over the past few years? This presentation will challenge your sense of "reality" and how much we eat today!
Chew, Snuff, & Tobacco Stuff (45 minutes)
Tobacco use is the leading preventable cause of death in the United States. In this engaging and interactive demonstration, participants will see first-hand the ingredients commonly found in tobacco and learn about the health consequences associated with tobacco use.

Challenge yourself on typical health problems for men and women and learn how to keep yourself healthy!
Brain Breaks (10-15 or 45 minutes)
Want to maximize your study time? This fun presentation will give you hints and tricks to maximize your brain benefits and get fit at the same time!
Pump it Up! (10-15 minutes)
Learn how to be physically fit in a small space! Learn quick techniques to get in shape in your apartment or residence halls.
Credit (20-30 minutes)
Have you been hearing that you should make sure you have good credit because it can affect your ability to get an apartment or even a job, but aren’t sure how to get it? Find out what credit is and tools for college students to get good credit.

You get a lot of information when you start your freshman year. Are you sure you understood everything? Financial Wellness can explain the basics of student loans, paying your tuition, and budgeting your new found freedom.
