How do you refer to the project?
WHY do you need marketing materials developed? Tell us about the rationale for this project. If it's an event you are planning to promote, please include date/time/place of the event.
WHO are we talking to? Do we have a primary audience and a secondary audience? Students/Parents/Faculty/Staff/ Greater UND campus community? What do we need to know about the audience? Behaviors/influences/attitudes.
WHAT would you like your audience to do in response? What is your message? This is where you put EXACTLY what you would like said in the poster. Dates, times, messages, etc. PROOF READ!
What do you have in mind for promotion? Flyers, electronic screens, email to Student Government, banners, tshirts, series of events, window clings, Facebook page, YouTube video? Public relations = Press release? If you would like a banner, poster, sticker flyer please specify SIZES.
Indicate what logo should be used in communications: H&W Unit or specific to department such as Wellness Center, WorkWell, Peer Ed, University Counseling Center, SHS, Etc
Most marketing projects will be completed with the H&W Marketing fund#/budget; however, if you have a grant or fund that can be used to help alleviate costs, please indicate what that number is.
Is there a previous campaign that you liked? Is there a past campaign that has the right language?
Optional, depends on nature of project; however, how can we measure success? Example: Number in attendance at event? Number that signed up to participate?
When should materials be printed, and posted by?
Who should receive the final printed pieces? If you would like the Mar/Comm team to post, where would you like it posted?
