Open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Tuesdays: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Fall and spring semesters)
Closed Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays

APPOINTMENTS

To make an appointment, call the appointment line at 701-777-2605 or 701-777-4500, stop by the clinic or fill out the online appointment request form.  Please make special needs/accommodations known when making your appointment. 

Prepare for your appointment.

Appointment requests received after 4:30 p.m. will be processed and confirmed the next business day. Appointment requests received during working hours will be processed and confirmed as soon as possible the same day.

If you do not get a response regarding your request, call 701-777-2605.

Walk-in appointments for urgent medical care will be seen at the earliest possible time. Patients with appointments will have priority.

For emergencies after hours go to Altru Emergency Room. For life threatening emergencies call 911.

Care Eligibility

Students
All students who have paid student fees for the semester are eligible to utilize Student Health Services.

Spouses
Spouses of currently enrolled students may use Student Health Services for a per semester fee.
