Reserve the Kitchen
Culinary team-building is currently one of the hottest trends in the area of enhancing a group’s performance. Much like the ingredients in a recipe, each member performs a unique role within the organization, yet is dependent on other members to achieve both short-term objectives and long-term goals. Reserve the kitchen for your event whether you are UND students, faculty, staff, or community members. It is open to everyone! The Culinary Corner is the only demonstration kitchen in the Greater Grand Forks that offers these wonderful culinary team-building activities.
Click here for Culinary Corner Reservation activity options.
Contact Stephanie Hoffman, MS, ACE-CPT, EIM by email or (701)777-2943 for more information and pricing.
Cooking classes are available most days of the week at the Culinary Corner demonstration kitchen. The classes are led by our culinary instructors, UND nutrition students, some guest chefs from the community. All classes are available to students, faculty, staff and community members. The Cheap, Fast, & Healthy Classes are 30 minutes and FREE to attend if you are a Wellness Center member. All cooking classes give you the chance to learn cooking skills, healthy meal choices and a new recipe to take home. Information on upcoming cooking classes and fees associated with some classes are available on the Culinary Corner’s calendar.
Ask a Dietitian

Various nutrition presentations are available and are led by a Registered Dietitian or dietetics student.
