Intramurals
Welcome to the University of North Dakota Intramural Sports program. The program offers students, faculty and staff the opportunity to participate in a variety of competitive and recreational sport activities. Intramural sports offers different activities in traditional sports such as basketball, flag football, soccer, volleyball and hockey and nontraditional sports such as ultimate frisbee, inline hockey and broomball. Intramural sports host a variety of tournaments and special events throughout the year.

Registration
Registration will be done online through IMLeagues. Once you have registered your team through IMLeagues, payment instructions will be sent to your email. A team is not fully registered until full payment has been paid. Registration is limited on a first come, first serve basis for league nights and times.
A team must register through IMLeagues AND pay online.

When entering your student ID into IMLeagues do NOT have a "0" at the beginning!

League Play
Men's, Women's, CoRec, and Open leagues are offered with D1, D2, and occasionally D3. D1 leagues are for higher skilled and competitive players. D2 are for beginner to advanced skill level and/or less competitive. D3 are for those more interested in participation and fun rather than competition.
Sport Officials
If you like sports and are looking for a fun on-campus job, then working as an intramural officials is the job for you. Officials are needed for nearly all intramural team sports including Flag Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Hockey, and Soccer. No previous officiating experience is necessary, but general rule knowledge/playing experience is helpful.
