CPR and First Aid
Emergencies can happen anytime. Are you prepared? Our American Heart Association Courses provide you with the critical training that you need for an emergency. The information is presented in a way that is easily tolerated by even the most squeamish.

Replacement Cards
If your card is ever lost, stolen, or damaged you may request a new one. Contact Amber Flynn and include your name, class date, and the type of class you completed.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A UND ISSUED PARKING PERMIT, YOU MUST ASK FOR A TEMPORARY PARKING PASS AT THE WELCOME DESK AT THE WELLNESS CENTER OR YOU WILL BE TICKETED.

Heartsaver CPR and AED
This course covers Adult and Child CPR and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). It runs approximately 3 hours in length and is open to the general public.

Heartsaver First-aid
This course covers how you can respond to basic first-aid emergencies at home, in the workplace, and outdoors. This course runs approximately 3 hours in length and is open to the general public.

BLS for Healthcare Providers
This course is intended for individuals who must be CPR and AED certified for school and employment. Those who should take this course are: Lifeguards, Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Students, Police Officers, EMT’s, Firefighters, and anyone else who has a duty to respond.
Topics covered in this course include: Rescue breathing; CPR for adults, children, and infants; two person CPR; use of a Bag Valve Mask (BVM); care for an obstructed airway; and how to use an Automatic External Defibrillator. The course runs approximately 4 hours in length and is open to the general public.
