Personal Health Coaching
Personal Health Coaching is for the person who prefers a private setting or has a varied or traveling schedule. One-on-one is usually conducted by phone due to flexibility needs, but can be done in person if requested. Schedules can be arranged from week to week at variable times according to the client and the coach, and could include noon hours, evenings and weekends. One-on-one coaching provides more in-depth attention to the client’s unique set of circumstances and allows for more variability in the coaching process. Curious?
